1. Building is like new.
2. It was very clean.
3. 1 corner of swimming pool is deep and other is shallow, so it was good for both kids and adults.
4. Owner is generous and hospitable.
5. Clean washrooms.
1. Water spilling from pool was flowing on the walkway floor causing people to slip. Proper drainage should be built for this.
2. Pool water heating not available therefore it can not be used in cold weather especially at night time.

Overall, it was an amazing stay! The villa is incredibly large, spacious, and beautiful. We had complete privacy throughout our stay, which we highly appreciated. The host is an amazing and friendly person—he even allowed us to have a late checkout since there were no other guests arriving, which was incredibly kind. Food delivery apps also work perfectly here, making it super convenient. The only tiny thing to note is that the road about 500 meters before reaching the villa can be a bit confusing, but once you figure it out, it’s very easy to understand. We had a wonderful time in Taif and highly recommend this place!
