Precisei reservar 3 dias em uma época onde o valor em POA estava muito alto por conta de um evento de corrida na cidade, e o apartamento não tinha nem ferro de passar e nem secador de cabelo, não condizente com o valor alto cobrado. Precisei comprar os itens, já que não se propuseram e me ajudar. Além disso, o atendimento via Inteligência Artificial às vezes retorna respostas genéricas e irritantes.

I didn’t like that the pool was not clean and doesnt have a shower up neither. And the laundry doesn’t work with credit card.

Regardless my brother staying there for four months the feedback is very discriminative in relation a regulation on stay

It was about location

The administration of my way with booking administration on collaborative platform not been clear and miscommunication instead assist and solve a problem of guest as brother they make preferences and priorities for main owners others owner of their feedback but not a guest of booking. That is the way I see it. The place has different way to book and deal with it and that is makes very unclear as guest point of side. Really sorry it was 4 months paid and that is quite a loyal guest position and have been banned to book it again or not possible even to be treat fairly was horrible experience and what is the point to be loyal to something doesn’t stand on your side. My brother has moved to another Accommodation with Airbnb and there has most the owners of townhouse renting directly without myway administration or using My booking also myway suggest my brother to rebook directly with them on their app but I had my account with booking I used instead. I do really think this is not just a competitive market to be but a very unreliable services as well.

A senha do wi fi do apto não funcionou. Não tinha ar quente. O acesso à piscina estava bloqueado. A IA não entendia as solicitações, mas logo era realizado o atendimento humano.

Com senhas minúsculas, ilegíveis, bluetooth que não funciona, e suporte precário por WhatsApp, entrar no apartamento é desnecessariamente complicado e frustrante.
