By far the room I was in was beautiful. The view to the pool was beautiful, the best part was the skyline view to the beach. Jesse the owner was very responsive and attentive to your text messages. Two staffs members greeted us, and the gentleman (sorry I can’t remember his name) made sure I had everything I needed. Lol I had to challenge him as well and he does speak multiple languages. For anyone looking to escape the city life of America, I truly recommend this spot place and getting the presidential suite.
My complaints are minuscule. Wi-Fi was a bit spotty but it stormed a lot during my stay so that could have been the factor. I wish the property had a bar and grill but you can tell it’s in the works. Another complaint which has nothing to do with the property but that road coming to property little scary during a storm lol
