The location is brilliant. Host friendly and super helpful, quick to respond, polite and friendly. The property is airy and modern and well equipped.
If I had to be super picky and look for something, I’d say it would be nice to have bedside tables in the main bedroom with maybe a lamp so you don’t need to get out of the super comfy bed to turn lights off. A hair dryer would be nice too.

Excellent location for shops , Plymouth Hoe, theatre, restaurants.
Free parking if driving (big bonus for city centre)
Very thoughtful host (bag of ice cubes in freezer much appreciated),
Cute and well kept property, suitably equipped for short stay.
Good wifi.
The heat. I cannot recall August being this hot in the past years, so did not look for a place with air con. So that is not a reflection on the property but something Martin may want to consider for the future.

Geweldige ligging. Je loopt zo naar de Barbican/het havengebied (heel sfeervol) of naar de Hoe.
Weinig direct daglicht. Badkamer en suite was wat krap.

Lovely character house in a really good location. Very easy walk to the Hoe, the Barbican & the shops but also great to have 2 parking spaces as we had visiting local family.
Well equipped kitchen, very comfy beds & spotlessly clean. Hope it's available for our next trip!
