One big disaster. The hotel staff seemed to be angry of our stay

Unfortunately the only one thing was really cool; grill bar; fantastic atmosphere and good staff!!!

Not worth the money

The check in clerk was nice but that's as far as it goes other than it being close to where we needed to be.

The floors in the hallways were gross and there was garbage everywhere outside by our entrance to the building. The beds were hard, the rooms weren't very clean and we were given 1 towel. We asked the front desk for 1 more towel because there was 2 of us and was told no we were given a sufficient amount of towels. The checkout process takes about 20 mins if you pay cash. We ended up being stuck in Salt Lake an extra night and opted to pay $20 more to stay at the comfort inn instead. It was a much better experience and they even have an indoor pool and hot tub.

Was okay

The breakfast was good. But the hours is no good. Is from 6am to 9:30 am. To early for person are on vacation

it was overall okay things could of been better but it’s okay

Nice rooms , beds were comfortable, pet friendly which is hard to find and good breakfast

Every night people were outside my door laughing and talking , the women at breakfast told me i can’t take my refill coffee to go i can only have one (and it was the same cup) , the hallways were pretty nasty

同じホテルに1日おいて2回目宿泊しましたが、1回目とは違う部屋で、ベッドの上は埃まみれ、バスタブの水捌け最悪、掃除されてないか、掃除してから暫く使っていない様子に幻滅でした。空港へのシャトルバスも時間がズレズレ。

Horrible

Nothing, it was a horrible stay.... The entire place looked to be run down.

Leaking ceilings and rotten floors, family got food poisoning from eating breakfast.. Rotten moldy ceiling with dripping water and rotten walls, replacement room had a broken bathroom door which wouldn't shut. Open electrical panels through the facility..

Mixed feelings

The bed

The door to the door was terrible and the front desk employee upon our check in . If we wanted to use the Wi-Fi you couldn’t due to the writing

Surprisingly neglected

The room itself was spacious and reasonably well equipped, even with a kitchenette (though no dishes, utensils, or crockery). Breakfast, included, was disappointing: the scrambled eggs swam inedibly in a pool of water, and the sausage was cold.

Everything outside the room was terribly neglected. The room numbers were on sheets of paper taped to the wall. The carpet in the hallways was stained with paint. Machinery and garbage were left in hallways and stairwells. The door nearest my room could not be opened from the outside, even with a key; I had to carry my bags a great distance. Someone came at eight in the morning to ask whether I wanted housekeeping—when I was staying for only one night. When I checked in, the clerk tried to fob me off with a room having only a queen-size bed when I had paid for one with a king-size bed.

Very poor

The rooms smelled stuffy Our hallways where really dirty I think renovations really made it feel not enjoyable Parking was hetic with those big bins outside full of trash . Side doors never worked so we had to walk around the front door and walk all the way to the back

Would not stay again even if the price was right.

Under renovation- dirty and door had an inch of light around it-only stayed 1 night out of 2- leaving due to fear of door and feeling remote and vulnerable.

Did not returned my charger left in room.
