Never got to stay paid for a room and got ripped off

Yes I paid for a room on booking .com and the money was taken out from my credit card I order a uber to my place in acc and go to check in and was told I had no reservations bookingS called my place and had to make new res for the next day and the same thing happened so I asked for my money back and I am still waiting on my refund worst experience I have ever had trying to get a room at my place

read above I will never refer any one to My place Hotel the customer service sucks the person that was at the desk didn't know any thing I was given the run around for 2 days and I am still waiting on my refund and it was booked on the 24 th of March over a month ago vey unsatisfied

Clean place but I’m not staying here ever again

Took me almost 20 mins to check in and the staff attitude are just not okay. And she also gave me the wrong room I asked for the change but she said she couldn’t do anything about it because the system

Not sure I would go back

The price was very reasonable.

Tried an entire day to contact the hotel to ask about what is available in the room. Never answered the phone. I mentioned it to the staff when I arrived and I was given a blank stare. Also being a low cost hotel brings low cost clientele.

High Priced Reduced Amenity Hotel in a Sketchy Location.

It's a newer hotel which is well-maintained. The room had a kitchen with a full-size fridge and a microwave and the bed was comfortable.

At app $150 per night, we felt it was expensive for what we received. It's in an odd location near massive power lines and appears to be in a run-down part of Salt Lake. The room had a kitchen but no utensils or cooking pots and pans so unless you bring your own the kitchen is not very useful. Their website says that you can order breakfast and have it delivered but they don't offer breakfast of any kind so that's misleading. They also don't have a gym or a pool.

10 out of 10 if we have not the room next to the Maintance room

This could be 10 of 10 - big room with modern furniture - clean bath /kitchen

but unfortunetly our room was next to the Maintance room which was noisy. You constantly hear 24/7 a constant humming noise. Thats why its just 8 out of 10.

Room is cleaning and staff are nice.

I request a quiet room on the high floor at booking. However, I received a room on the first floor just beside the hotel side door. The staff told me all rooms were fully booked. I was woken up as early as 4am by the side door opening and closing noises when the guests in and out the hotel. Window blinds cannot be lifted. No view from the window. Didn't use any facilities.

It’s a decent place.

The rooms are very comfortable.

The lady at the front was so rude and unwelcoming. When I told her I had a reservation she looked at me very confused and snotty almost like she wasn’t expecting anyone or that I was lying.

It's a very clean facility. We got the top floor which was very nice.

When we checked in, the clerk that helped us wasn't friendly. The least she could do is smile. She wasn't very talkative. Most places would tell you when check out time is and what they have like laundry room, snacks, swimming or even breakfast. Not even a thank you or enjoy your stay.

A great stay for a family that is traveling.

Everything!! Well equipped and beautiful.

Lisa at the front desk was horribly rude at check in and after. I spoke to a manager about her and our experiences with her and he rectified it.

Room was excellent

Had issues with my card staff was helpful and kind about situation. The room was large, clean, and spacious.

Location is odd for me. Had to lift door (210) to get it to latch otherwise it just pushed open.

Nice, newer place. Convenient location, near Maverick Center. Full refrigerator and stove top in the room.

Check-in clerk was wearing both earpods and really did not pay attention to checking in. Just took my credit card and gave me my room key.

Property was in a decent location. Price was fair enough for what we received.

The cable didn’t work, the room phone did not work. We figured we wouldn’t be in the room much so we told staff we would just stay no biggie. The staff that helped us when we first arrived was nice and helpful. When we left i checked out and received my receipt the lady at the front desk just had a very dude demeanor. Maybe it was a bad day. This place might be ok for someone just looking to crash for cheap. But not really for a small family in my opinion.

I liked the location!

The staff were unprofessional. they didn’t act like they wanna help anyone. room was super small for the price we paid. Hair was on the toilet seat, was super itchy in the bed…. overall would not come here again.

Room 214 has a very small bed for a couple. Plus it was very squeaky for a hotel. The tub drain is also clogged.

management changed the deposit amount for more than my room even cost. the manager didn’t care that I am a regular and that 99% of the time I haven’t paid a deposit bc I rarely even stay in my room more than a few hours.
