I enjoyed the Hotel, the breakfast was good, and the pool/ water park was ok. They don't list that the big water slide was only opened on Friday night and Saturday and Sundays, and we stayed on a Thursday night. This made my kids disappointed since that is why we chose to stay at the hotel for the big water slide. We kept having our room key cards quit working and had to have the front desk re do the cards so we could get in our room. The breakfast was really good, hot eggs, bacon and sausage, among other cinnamon rolls etc.... They did have construction at the building next door making it hard to get into the property, but that was not there problem, they had no control over what the neighbors do.

Service wasn’t that great the pool was so crowded. The rooms air conditioning was not working. Could hear everyone outside the room and the room next door.

Workers were kind and helpful. Breakfast great. Bed was old and had dips. Uncomfortable. Pool was fun, but dirty. Clumps of hair. Sand?

We had a lot of fun, however, room 161 was super noisy! That's where everyone goes in and out of doors, it was really difficult to sleep. Also they didn't have a smart TV and there was no kid friendly movies on the night we were there. The breakfast, however it was really good, although there's terrible seating for breakfast. All in all the kids had lots of fun.

Room was nice, beds comfortable. Hotel is attached to water park pool, good for kids but creates a musty smell for the whole hotel. Not terrible but significant.

Pool was “closed for renovations”, which was the reason I booked this specific hotel. We received a “hearing accessible” room, but would have preferred a standard room. The automatic shade was broke so there was a two inch gap in the window and everyone could see into the room which was on the first floor. The sink was backed up, with hair shavings and possibly vomit coming up the drain. I had informed the front desk on the first morning of the stay and was assured it would be addressed. The sink was not fixed and had to deal with a backed up sink for our two night stay.

The main reason we chose to is hotel was for the water park that was included. The room its self was nothing to be amazed about. The bath tub didn’t drain so standing in my own bath water was gross. The room smelled musty and old. The pool had a few floaters of something and half the sprayers on the kiddy slide didn’t work.

Parking was terrible but all in all was pretty good. Wish they had the slide as a ride at your own risk. I bought 2 kids that were an inch to small for the slide which was a bummer cause it was the main reason for staying.b but they had fun

At 6am the noise level was super loud it was almost as if they were in the same room as me. Then the cleaning lady knocking super loud at 8:40 am for room service.

Loved the stay super nice rooms and comfy beds - nice staff! Clean rooms! Great pool experience but not that the waterslide is only open on the weekends. Great breakfast! Overall great stay and definitely plan to book again!

Hotel was great... Other guests were the problem... with a fun pool brought in Families and the noise. Outside our room someones car alarm going off for ever. We also had some college kids across from our room screaming at 2 am in the morning down the halls then the next day outside our room at 6 am yelling and talking very loud. We had to yell at them to be quite. It was a rough 2 nights.

As a visiting father of 2, it was a decent place to stay if you have kids. Nice pool area with big slide. However, the slide was only open on the weekends which was a bummer and the pool was a bit chlorine heavy. There is a great selection of restaurants and things to do in this area with The Maverik Center for events and the Valley Fair Mall right around the corner with a great megaplex theater.

Kids enjoyed the pool although it seemed a bit tired and dirty. The pool chairs had seen better days. We had two rooms and one had no hand soap, other had no batteries in the tv remote. But they were both clean and convenient location.

the railing behind the headboard of the bed had about 5 years dust on it. not good for someone with allergies. the floor was not vacuumed very well, items on the floor.

This was a trip for hospital visit and this place was in between places we wanted to go to. It was nice to visit family and also go shopping. We will stay here in the future. The accommodation room was great. Very spacious and we loved the breakfast options.

Fantastic stay with the kiddos. The hotel staff was super friendly. The pool was one of the best hotel pools you’ll find. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was absolutely incredible with a really cool pancake maker that my boys were in awe of. Will definitely stay here again.

This hotel went beyond our expectations! The staff was all very friendly and helpful, the rooms and common areas were well kept and clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable ones I've slept in in a long time. We will definitely be staying here again!

The property was very nice and in a good location about 20 minutes from everything we wanted to do. The complimentary breakfast was very good. My only complaint is it was confusing to find due to construction going on right beside it.
