This hotel was conveniently located for us. We were in town for a concert so it was just a short, one night stay. The room was clean & comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet our room was!
The layout for the breakfast buffet is not great if there are a lot of people. I went down for a cup of tea & a tour bus full of people were in line at the buffet or already eating. It was a but tricky to maneuver to the far side to get to the tea/coffee. Because of the crowd we chose to go out for breakfast so I can't comment on the food except to say it looked like a lot of hot food options.

The location on a cul de sac with other hotels and restaurants is great. Reasonable rates and very clean comfortable rooms.
It's a silly thing but the room wasn't bright;darker wallpaper with darker carpet

Decent room near the parking lot for ease on luggage and dog care.
This was the only hotel that charged and outrageous amount for a pet fee of $100. Every other place we stayed between Minnesota and California charged between $15 to $35 per night. It doesn't matter that they "warned" me about the amount. It was almost double for the nightly fee. We left the room in perfect shape.
