The staff was very friendly , the apartment was clean and comfortable and no problem for parking .
The hotel private beach about 100mtrs away is very small and dfficult to find a place , nice private pool across the road but its not for the hotel residents but you can enter for a payment.

Room was excellent, couldn’t ask for anything more. One of the reception staff who showed us to our room was truly one of the nicest people I’ve met and was more than happy to help, unfortunately didn’t get his name.
The “beach” was a bit of a let down

Comfortable bed. Good sized room. Balcony was good to watch the sunset. Restaurant had good food and drinks. Staff were great!
Bathroom only had a bath with a shower in it but no screen to block water from going everywhere. It was a bit annoying to sit down to have a shower.

The location is beautiful and peaceful, although quite remote. The food in the hotel restaurant was genuinely very good. One of the best in the neighbourhood.
The service was often very slow and disorganised, with orders sometimes arriving only partially. Our suite was not properly equipped; we were missing basic items such as pans, plates and glasses and had to ask for them. Housekeeping was disappointing as well: apart from receiving plenty of towels, the bathroom, toilet and kitchen were not properly cleaned.
The biggest disappointment was the boat trip. We had agreed and paid for five hours, but after 3,5 hours the captain was instructed to return. The total experience was gone actually. And unfortunately this was not resolved properly
