Very nice and clean place, exactly like in the pictures. Also had a good air conditioner in the room.
Rafaella (the owner) was very nice, super communicative, and kind.
Olbia town is like a 10- 15-minute walk from the property; a very easy walk. Beautiful promenade during the day and night. The town is lovely and compact; half a day is enough to explore. Nice restaurants, cafes and gelato places.
Also I would recommend visiting Pittulongu Beach (14 mins by bus), it has 3 small beaches with restaurants and umbrellas.

Raf è stato un host molto attento e veloce nelle risposte. Le istruzioni per accedere erano chiarissime. La camera e il bagno si presentano molto bene.
Abbiamo dormito solo una notte per prendere il traghetto ed è stata una vera sorpresa la cura nella presentazione dell'alloggio
È solo un suggerimento: bicchieri grandi per un caffè lungo
