Nice Stay Overall, but Some Small Improvements Needed

The room was comfortable and clean, and the location was excellent. It is within walking distance of the city center, and the marina is also very close, which made it very convenient. The balcony and the grill were a very nice bonus and added to the overall experience. Overall, our stay was quite enjoyable, with only a few minor issues.

We were not informed in advance that the pool was under maintenance, which was disappointing. Some amenities were only replenished when housekeeping came by. One evening we were accidentally locked out on the balcony because the doors cannot be opened from the outside. When we called reception for help, the staff member said that this situation “usually doesn’t happen,” and when asked how long it would take for someone to assist us, replied that “they go when they go,” which came across as a bit rude. Thankfully, the maintenance staff member who came to help arrived quickly and was very friendly.

Great accommodations, so-so property management.

Very comfortable accommodations.

No internet. It was a requirement for my stay and was clearly stated to be available for the entirety of my stay at this property. The location of the keys to enter the property were not on location. The responsibility was on the guest to figure out how to retrieve said keys from this satellite location.

Die Wohnung war komfortabel eingerichtet. Der Pool zur Mitbenutzung war sauber.

Check in und Schlüsselübergabe war an einem anderen Ort. Check in war für verschiedene Unterkünfte erst um 16.00Uhr darum bildete sich eine lange Schlange vor dem Büro.

La ubicación y la piscina

Primero para recibir las llaves se demora mucho al rededor de una hora. Después la humedad y el olor a humedad en la habitación es insoportable, como pueden alquilar el apartamento con ese problema de humedad. El sofá está bastante sucio y huele mal. Por ultimo la cama está lejos de ser cómoda, mi esposa embarazada no pudo descansar nada debido a que el colchón no es cómodo para nada.
