Just ok but doubt I will come back

The furniture was quite old and quaint. and the staff at breakfast asked me more than once for my room number which was a bit nonsensical as white folks were not asked this and the information I gave was not verified so was prejudicial and useless to ask me cos I was black.

Check you receive what you book and query before accepting room

The outside pool area and bar were nice. We had a day by the pool which was really nice. The staff were lovely.

We didn’t get the room we booked dispite booking months in advance. They advised we are really busy and only have a twin room where the door doesn’t lock unless you want to go and stay in another room in hotel next door and move tomorrow. We had arrived at 2am in the morning and we agreed to the room on the basis we was tired and wanted to sleep. We didn’t chase the change of room as we was checking out the next day with more long travel. The door locked and you couldn’t get in from outside but you couldn’t double lock it for safety. When we asked for a refund or some money back we was told no because it had already gone through the system. Again we was tired and had travelled all day and night and slept most the day. Mattress was firm and by firm i mean like laying on the floor. I like a firm mattress but this was bad for me. Garden view was a construction site. Staff confirmed not the double room with garden view we booked and just advised they have us option to change the next day (see above)

Brilliant, Highly Recommend.

We stayed here as part of our trip to Rwanda. We couldn't not stay here! The hotel lobby / bar / pool area / restaurant itself is stunning, The staff genuinely make this hotel. Every member of staff could not have been more attentive and friendly. We enjoyed our chats every day. The food here is unbelievable! It was for sure the nicest food we ate in Rwanda. Menu's were brilliant, a lot to choose from, lots of delicious cocktails and great live music. View from our balcony at night was stunning. We will return.

The room / bathroom in the room / corridors to the room are a little dated. The room has what you need but it needs updating, This was not a shock to us although as we expected that from reading reviews. Its an older hotel with a lot of history so this would not put us off booking again. Well worth it.

Great location, friendly staff and comfortable room.

Perhaps consider renovation of bathrooms, the old bathtub belongs to the past. Hotels in the same category will have a walk-in shower. As a vegetarian the dining options are quite limited.

A great place to come back to after my first visit 35 years ago.

The food was good. Buffet Breakfast had LOTS of choices. The bar staff was great! Front desk people always had a smile and were helpful

Great hotel with a great location! Very friendly and helpful staff. Mall around the corner. Felt safe in this area.

It's a bit of a walk through the car park to get to the local mall. Maybe offer a SIM card collection point closer to the hotel.

The hotel can get very noisy late into the night with live performances during the week. Not ideal for someone not interested in the entertainment

The ass manager Darcy is excellent in customer care and the rest of the team. we wish the prices can go alitle lower though

The prices are quite high up and the beers choices are very few.

Close to everything in Kigali. Beautiful 20m pool open from 6am. Sumptuous breakfasts. They will arrange pickup from airport (30USD). Very helpful front desk staff. Not cheap but we would definitely stay there again

No tea and coffee making in room but they will arrange. Fridge in room a definite plus.

The stay was overall pleasant and suited my needs for the night.

The staff were amazing, everyone went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

I stayed for two nights in two different rooms. The first room was comfortable but had a sewer smell in the bathroom, I had to sleep with the door closed. The second rooms air conditioning unit made a really loud noise, making it difficult to sleep.
