Staff behaviour.

The location was good and the staff were somewhat ok .
The room was in an unacceptable condition. Key issues included stained bedsheets, a broken shower, a cracked toilet seat, and a leaking water geyser. The geyser's placement above the toilet meant the leaking water fell directly on us while using the facility, which was both unsanitary and unpleasant. Immediate resolution is required. The staff ensured me they will provide a seperate room by 7.00 in the morning however no one came at 7.00 then i went downstairs to remind and got the new room at 9.30. So my morning plans were all ruined.
