The staff were helpful and eager to please. Central location in the heart of the Agra business district makes this location overly busy and loud.
Locks on the doors use keys made 100+ years ago. Sign on the back of the room door proclaims the hotel is "NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEFT OF VALUABLES FROM ROOMS"! No safe provided.
Older furnishings made cleanliness a challenge. No top sheet was provided. Street noise constant and loud in the room facing the front of the hotel. View from the room window is attached.
