We received a warm welcome from En. Syukor, one of the staff members. He speaks good Malay and is very soft-spoken and helpful.
A deposit of 1,000 THB is required upon check-in.
The main downside was the living hall, which does not have air conditioning. It can get quite hot in the afternoon until around 6 PM. However, they provided two stand fans, which helped.
We also had a minor issue with a bad odor coming from the downstairs bathroom. En. Syukor promptly resolved the issue and came back to check on it afterwards, which we really appreciated.
The bedroom was clean and very comfortable. The mattress is a spring mattress and feels slightly bouncy, but I still had a good night’s sleep because the bedding was soft and comfortable. The water pressure was also good. However, when the water heater was switched on, the bathroom light would flicker.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and we especially appreciated En. Syukor’s warm welcome, prompt assistance, and good hospitality.
The porch ramp is too high so cannot park car inside the property. Need to park outside. I think the ramp only suitable for motorcycles. There’s no air conditioning in the living room. It can be hot during check in around 2-6 pm. The stairs is a bit steep not suitable for elderly. There is no bedroom available downstairs. All bedrooms are upstairs.

The house was super clean and very comfortable. Even the road infront of the house was under maintenance, the owner prepare some space beside the house for parking slot. The owner also very nice and keep update with tenant.
I would like to suggest: provide water supply with water hose outside of the house for cleaning purpose.
