The location was great, as it was close the an incredible green park and close to the renting bike area, so we could use the bikes to cross over the park and arrive in few minutos to the main city center of Paris.
As we went during the summer season, it was a little bit hot in the place and as the door and window faces a community garden area, we could not open them to let the cold wind enter. So we think an air conditioner could be a good adding to the place. However, as we stay at the appartment only to sleep, this didn't impact that much in our stay.

Estaba muy completo. Tenía todo lo que necesitaba y más. En el baño había secador y algodones para desmaquilarte y en la cocina había instrumentos básicos que te hacían el apaño. También un punto a destacar es que la tele tenía netflix!
Para ir a casi cualquier sitio estás a una hora. Yo lo cogí por la tranquilidad de la zona, ya que viajaba sola y tienes la estación de metro a 10 min a pie y hay buses al lado también. Respecto a las instalaciones no son las mas lujosas del mundo, tenedlo en cuenta pero para mí fueron maravillosas.

La ubicación era agradable, si bien estabamos lejos del centro de París, había mucho que hacer allí en Puteax.
No estaba para limpio, había mucha humedad y poca ventilación.
No tenía utensilios básicos de cocina, por lo que dificulta el uso de las instalaciones.
