The nice apartment is beautiful and well equipped, however does not quite keep up with the price.

The apartment is tastefully and modernly furnished and very well equipped. We especially appreciated the clear online guides for operating the appliances and accessing the apartment via the key safe, which were conveniently available via QR code. The private pool was a definite highlight. We also liked the fact that we could park our car in the shade directly underneath the apartment. A particularly nice bonus was the quiet, uncrowded beach within walking distance – we enjoyed going there regularly. We were also fortunate to have beautiful weather throughout our stay in Sukošan, which certainly contributed to a relaxing and pleasant holiday atmosphere. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful welcome gift (wine and chocolates) that awaited us on arrival – a very nice gesture.

We never had any direct contact with the hosts during our entire stay -- only via WhatsApp. Considering the price of the apartment, we would have expected a bit more service and attentiveness. On the second day, we reported via WhatsApp that the shower in one of the rooms was not working and that the water pressure at the sink located inside the bedroom was extremely low, with water only trickling out. While the response was polite, the issue was not resolved during our stay. Although announced differently in the instructions, bed linen and towels were not changed after 7 days, and toilet paper was not replenished. There was also no hairdryer available in the apartment, which we would have expected as a basic amenity. Given the price, we would also have expected some form of housekeeping service, at least every couple of days. In summary, while the apartment itself is beautiful and we very much enjoyed the surroundings, the beach, and the weather, we feel that the overall price-performance ratio is not quite justified.

Es hat in den Bädern extrem nach Kanal gestunken kaum auszuhalten und sehr unangenehm man konnte nicht schlafen….Das Personal bzw. die Hausverwaltung war reinste Katastrophe - die haben sich um nichts gekümmert unsere Probleme wurden Tagelang igroniert… mit Urlaub hatte das wenig zu tun.

Der kurze Weg zum Strand. Die Lage war super. Sehr modern und neu eingerichtet und sauber.

Es hat in den Bädern extrem nach Kanal gestunken kaum auszuhalten und sehr unangenehm man konnte nicht schlafen….Das Personal bzw. die Hausverwaltung war reinste Katastrophe - die haben sich um nichts gekümmert unsere Probleme wurden Tagelang igroniert… mit Urlaub hatte das wenig zu tun.
