Come da descrizioni, l'appartamento è vicinissimo alla stazione, ma nessun rumore o disturbo, zona piena di verde come il resto della città, e posizionato vicino a ristoranti e supermercati. Tutte le camere ampie, soprattutto il soggiorno e la cucina.

Il bagno è un po' piccolo rispetto al resto.
