The staff were amazing. They were very friendly, helpful, and even assisted us with our luggage. I also loved that there is a mini mart just near the hotel that’s open 24/7—it was very convenient.
The room was a bit surprising. First time having a hotel that when you open the door, you’re already in the bathroom area with the bathtub and sink. It wasn’t a huge problem, but it would have been nice to know this from the pictures before booking, especially since the hotel has many different room types. The shower drain was clogged even before we used it, and the tissue provided was almost empty. The room was also quite dark, as some of the lights were not working.

Location was central
Hotel was extremely noisy - our room was on the ground floor and you could hear other guests walking around, banging , walking up the stairs etc all through the night
The bed was rock hard
The shower was terrible
The cleanliness of the place wasn’t great - the paint from the walls is flaking off and there were piles of dust in the corners which indicate it hadn’t been swept for months
