Great location, so close to restaurants on Bayford Wharf, and to town centre. Great on site parking (rare for a town centre property). Fantastic kitchen area, fully equipped including dishwasher.
The sofa in the lounge, which was so baggy you were nearly on the floor! Bedroom and en-suite rather cramped. Whole property could do with a bit of colour, either in the cushions or curtains, as it's mostly grey with white walls.

Everything was great .Did what it said on the tin.

Very nicely decorated and has everything you need. It’s a shame we only stopped for one night, but we really enjoyed our short stay. The walk into town isn’t far so we found it a great location. Check in/out was easy, with great instructions from the owners. I would definitely stay again if I’m in Lincoln
The only slightly negative comment, was the flat was very hot, but once we opened all of the windows it cooled down a bit. Everything else was perfect.
