A nice apartment, but with some flaws

Good location near the Iñaquito metro station, and near a large mall. Many shops around. Nice views, spacious and comfortable apartment. Kitchen well equipped. However, contrary to what is stated, no washing machine and no dryer were available. The range hood (cooker hood) was, weirdly, in place but open on the upper part, not connected to any exhaust tube!! In one of the cupboards there were plastic bags with the dirty linen of some previous guests. The glass of the shower enclosure was dirty, covered with salts. The liquid hand shop dispenser at the main bathroom was empty, the body shop dispenser at the shower was defective and would squirt only once! Still I would recommend it but I would urge the owner to pay attention to the housekeeping.

We would stay here again if we ever go back to Quito.

Great location and view! Lots of stores and restaurants nearby including a mall with food court. This condo/apartment is comfortable, clean and well furnished. Fabulous living room with good furniture. Excellent WiFi and smart TV in both the living room and the bedroom. Lots of drawers and a big closet in the bedroom. There’s a second toilet next to the front door so this was a plus.

The check-in process can be simplified to make it better and easier. The front door security guard sent us to the parking lot security guard to gather all our information then we had to go back to the building security guards to complete the check in process. We had to go back and forth with Andres(host ) and the security guards to finish it. A washer and dryer is listed as one of the amenities but Andres says that it’s under maintenance. Make sure to ask if they’re available if this is important to you as they were for us.

Large Well Lit Condo is in Perfect Location in New City

Andres was always helpful and friendly. He responded immediately to our requests. The lodging is large with many cabinets and is very well lit. It faces toward the west. The site is a minute from the subway.

There are too many security guards making the unit very safe for the lodging.

De ligging lekker centraal naast winkelcentrum en dichtbij metro. Het is enigszins veilige buurt.

Dat het niet was schoongemaakt. Ik moet wel zeggen, na de melding van mij hebben ze alles gaan schoonmaken. 👍🏻 De douche en wc moest je geregeld met ontstopper doen en douche was vies, zeker de randen!
