Just the Jacuzzi and the staff who helped us check in were good
I had booked a Suite room and when we checked in the AC was not working. At 40°C we were literally unable to stay in the room with AC not working.
Later I wanted to get a beach bed and umbrella with Charm hotel and get some service for food and drinks near the beach but unfortunately I was waiting there for almost an hour, none of the Charm hotel staff asked if we needed any service at the beach and that was pathetic. Later I had to go to a different hotel beach shack and pay for the umbrella. Except for the staff who helped me check in was a girl and another man who sorted AC and kept us calm. But the price I paid for the room and the service I received was very bad.
The breakfast was included, nothing but simple omelette and a coffee with toast.
