Luxurious comfort in a palazzo with more space than you’ll normally have in Venice, we would definitely stay here again.

It was spacious, clean and the staff were friendly and helpful

The WiFi in the bedroom didn’t always work and I hadn’t realised until I used up my international balance the first night and noticed WiFi was intermittent in that room. The staff are super helpful from the day before your booking, but when trying to reach anyone further in advance, there is little to no contact and I found it difficult to get a response to prepare for my stay which made me wary beforehand. They were absolutely fabulous from the day before and during my stay but being able to contact in advance would have been good too.

None of the codes/entry information/ wifi worked and filthy shower

Location very good in a relatively non-crowded yet lively area. Lots of locals. Easy walking to vaporetto. No breakfast included. Concierge who had to fix my endless problems was veyr nice (in writing, remotely)

the code I was given to enter the gate and front door did not work. it took me three phone calls (2 unanswered) and ten minutes to get someone on the line to provide a new code. That is the last thing any traveller wants when he/she arrives from a plane trip. The key card I picked up after entry top working after 24 hours. Eventually I was guided remotely to ordinary keys that worked. I had to request a wifi password to use in the room - I was sent a 'welcome pack" that contained the password 12 hours after I arrived. wifi in the room veyr unstable. the shower ceiling and wall was covered in black mold and the shower smelt so bad I could not use it. Luckily there was a (clean) bath
