A modern, clean, and comfortable place to stay in a fantastic location. It offers excellent value for money, is within easy walking distance of Westfield Kotara and other shops, and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We’ve stayed here a few times now and would definitely stay again.
The only downside was the noise from other guests during this stay. The walls between units are fairly thin, and one neighbouring guest repeatedly slammed their door, which was quite noticeable. It didn’t ruin our stay, but if you’re a light sleeper or looking for a very quiet place, it may be something to keep in mind.

We were really happy with the value for money. It’s a great budget-friendly accommodation that had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, with Westfield Kotara and other shops within easy walking distance. Clean, convenient, and ideal if you’re looking for affordable accommodation without sacrificing the essentials. We would happily stay here again.
If anything it was the parking. If the accommodation is fully booked, the car park can be a little tight due to the layout, making it slightly difficult to manoeuvre. That said, it wasn’t a major issue for us—we’ve stayed here twice now and have always been able to find a park without any problems. Also walls between units are fairly thin, so we could hear the guests in the neighbouring unit. They were a little noisy, but it sounded like they were celebrating a birthday, so it wasn’t a big issue for us. However, guests who are light sleepers or looking for a very quiet stay may find this a little bothersome.

Very clean & crisply decorated.
Excellent layout with the ability to book multiple rooms.
Very well stocked with kitchen tools & bathroom consumables.
Excellent laundry facilities.
Pillows were very thick/firm & not suitable for 3 of the 4 of us.
Would be better to have some other pillow options available.

The shower and water pressure was the best about this accommodation. Modern renovations. Good location. TV in lounge room as well as bedroom. Great that it had a stove top, kettle, coffee/milk. Wasn't bad, but wasn't great either....lots of room for improvements.
The access codes were not sent, even after sending a msg, so a call was required to obtain access codes.
Unit 3 was located at the back, up some steep stairs and needed to carry everything up from the parking which is at the front. Parking space for unit 3 was very unreasonably located.
Once I set up the pull out sofa, space was pretty tight, had to move coffee table in bedroom corner. Only one chair.
There was 3 of us yet only 2 towels provided, called customer service to request more towels yet they were never delivered.
Around 5-6 small cockroaches crawling along corners, walls etc and the worst thing was that there is absolutely no soundproofing between the units....neighbours were quite noisy from 11pm -12:30am on our first night. You could hear them walking, their showers, their complete conversations.
