We stayed for one night while passing through—a family with two children. Access to the apartment, hotel entrance, and parking was quick and easy using access codes. The staff was friendly and prompt. A sofa bed with bedding already prepared was provided for the children; I really appreciated this, as it saved us time. The reception is open until midnight, though details can also be sent via WhatsApp if arriving at the property after 12:00 AM. The breakfast was varied and delicious! I highly recommend having breakfast at the property.
The only thing I didn't like was the issue with the shower. The hose on the handheld showerhead kept coming loose whenever the water pressure was on, while the overhead showerhead was literally spraying like a fountain. I reported the problem at reception; the young lady kindly offered us another room, but since we had already settled in and were only staying for one night, we just took a quick shower with things as they were.

personalul amabil. recepția amabila si explicativă. doamna de la micul dejun foarte drăguță. micul dejun bogat si abundent. mereu plin. locația bună si calmă (foarte important pentru odihna de noapte după sau înainte de un drum lung). baia curata si bine amenajată.
destul de mult praf peste tot, mai ales pe veiozele de langa pat. multe găuri in perete si cabluri electrice atârnate acolo unde trebuia sa existe lămpi si veioze. mai ales langa patul copilului.

Ne-a plăcut foarte mult curățenia, camera a fost confortabilă, iar micul dejun a fost foarte bun. În rest, totul a fost plăcut și am fost mulțumiți de cazare.
Nu ne-a plăcut faptul că, înainte de sosire, nu am primit instrucțiunile pentru check-in: cum să intrăm în curte și în clădire, ce cod trebuie folosit și unde se află camera. Am ajuns seara și a trebuit să ne descurcăm singuri pentru a afla cum putem intra. Ar fi mult mai comod ca toate informațiile necesare pentru cazare să fie trimise în avans.

Parkplatz im Innenhof und mit Kameraüberwachung, sehr grosse Betten, grosses Bad, gute Dusche, Frühstücksservice zu einem relativ günstigen Preis.
Kein Schuhlöffel zum Benutzen, kein einziger Löffel um den Kaffe umzurühren. Wenn Design den Nutzen kaputtmacht dann ist es wie in diesem Hotel; der Kühlschrank war hinter einer Tür verdeckt, ohne dass es einen Griff für die Tür gäbe. Keine aiusreichenden Kaken im Bad und Zimmer, um etwas aufzuhängen. Der Fön war unter dem Waschbecken, ohne das man ihn darunter geahnt hätte, hier ebenfalls keine Griffe, man musste unten anpacken, um die Tür zu öffnen. Es ist kein Aufzug vorhanden, d. h. das Hotel ist für Leute mit Behinderung nur soweit vorhanden, als dass sie auf eigenen Beinen Treppen steigen können. Für Rollstuhlfahrer ist das Hotel ein no go.
