The location, ease of access despite late night arrival, and a lovely lady who was performing cleaning services, and the all the time available support through chat and possibility of luggage storage after check out.
No on-site staff is present; all communication and check-in happen via chat. The bathroom is cramped, and the poorly arranged shower curtains cause the floor to flood. Additionally, a shower window opens directly to the street, creating a privacy issue that we had to block with towels. Finally, housekeeping is minimal—there is no regular cleaning or sheet changes during a 5-night stay unless explicitly requested
