Apartments were spacious, clean and stocked with everything you need. Built in air purifier and vacuum was an amenity I’ve never seen before. Nice cafe at bottom floor and grocery store and food places within short walking distance.
Instructions to where parking garage is could be more clear (signage). Spaces are tight in parking garage (more challenging to park a big car). Putting money on laundry card was a puzzle. Place is not good to stay at if you are not good with technology.

A comfortable apartment with full kitchen, cutlery, crockery etc (often missing in these type of apartments). Beds are surprisingly comfortable and rooms are large. Show is hot with good pressure (a surprise given the number of apartments). This is a great option if you have a car and/or don’t want to pay the ridiculous prices in or near old Quebec City. Parking is extra but you can come and go with your car as you please and as a bonus, there are EV chargers available in the secure car park. Whilst it very clearly has the word ‘Uni’ in the title, it didn’t occur to me that this was near the university and is in part at least, student housing. Having said that, there was no noise so soundproofing was obviously good. Close to supermarket and food options, directly across the road. Catch the 807 bus straight into the edge of the old town (download the Quebec public transit app and load up some rides).
Yes, it’s a little noisy from the main road, with the windows open but we resolved that by running the aircon in the lounge area, with the doors to the bedroom open. This allowed the bedrooms to cool. There is heating in each room for winter..

The bed was uncomfortable, ill fitted sheet. The toilet did not work properly, continued to run, and I was unable to flush the toilet. I called the phone number mid stay at at the end to request service. The voice message system indicated to press 9 for English, but then it reverted to French, which unfortunately I do not speak.
