Location and comfort. It was extremely clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay.
Liked everything however the ONLY thing I would critique if anything was that we were under the impression there would be a mini mart (based on information) that milk etc was available in talbingo which is no longer the case as all shops have closed down so you need to travel to Tumut. This is not a fault but maybe just some advice to ensure information is up to date. The black folder with location information is a little outdated.

I liked Everything about the house and the town! So beautiful, comfy and clean. We were fascinated and had a really good time. I would go back and recommend 100%. Thanks for the customer service!!!!

The place was very clean
The blinds weren't black out so you get woken up very early with the sun coming through and if you want a shower there is no blind on the top window
