Кондиционер был в каждой комнате. WIFI . Удобное расположение квартиры. Вид с террасы.
К сожалению, квартира в целом требует ремонта и обновления.
В ванной были проблемы с сантехникой: из крана в умывальнике вода текла очень плохо, вероятно, он был забит. В биде была похожая проблема — вода нормально не поступала. Кран работал неисправно.
Также во время стирки в стиральной машине вода протекала из трубы, из-за чего приходилось следить за этим.
Мебель также требует ремонта, реставрации или замены. Например, стулья были рассохшиеся и уже в плохом состоянии.
На балконе была сломана маркиза/навес, а также стояли засохшие цветы, что создавало впечатление, что за балконом давно не ухаживали.
В целом квартира могла бы быть очень приятной, но ей явно необходимы ремонт, обновление мебели и более тщательный уход.

Excellent location. Across the road from the bus station, 2 minutes from the shopping area, and 5 minutes from the beach.
Only downside I can think of as I'm being asked for one is the workspace in the kitchen if you want to eat in.
