A regular apartment now used for short-term accommodation, with all the related upsides and downsides. A definite plus is that it functions in practice as people have actually lived there. The good: lots of space, good location (very close to center and 15 minutes on foot from the main beach), two powerful AC units (keeping one ON is usually sufficient), nothing is new, but everything works (more or less), a washing machine (maybe the main reason for our booking and even staying in Nea Moudania - it seems that these are rare in the entire Halkidiki). Street parking is based on luck, time of day and weekday, but parking is free and there are lots of parking places in the town, so finding a parking place close to the building should eventually be possible. The rating 8 means "very good".
The balcony doors are mostly made of glass, which means that all outside noise is inside noise - be it cars, scooters, people, or garbage truck arriving 3.40 on every workday morning. As at September 2026, both the double bed and its mattress are on their last leg, and this is hardly a surprise for the owner, as the bed is held up in the middle by a plastic crate under it. For a higher rating, the bed should be replaced, and replacing the balcony doors (maybe all doors) would be reasonable for sound insulation and even save money on AC costs.

Locația: Ultra-centrală, perfectă pentru a explora zona la pas.
Confortul: Am călătorit cu familia (4 persoane) și am stat 10 nopți. Apartamentul este foarte spațios, luminos și oferă un nivel ridicat de confort.
Facilitățile: Nu ne-a lipsit absolut nimic. Bucătăria și băile sunt complet utilate, exact ca în descriere.
Ospitalitatea: Am fost impresionați de atenția la detalii a gazdei. Am fost întâmpinați la check-in cu o selecție de fructe proaspete și o sticlă de vin local – o surpriză extrem de plăcută!
Concluzie: O experiență de nota 10, pe care o recomandăm cu încredere oricărei familii care caută o cazare premium în Grecia!
A fost o vacanță extrem de plăcută!
