It was exceptional, clean, comfortable, spacious and the air conditioning superb. Very rare to get AC in B & B places in Southern Italy. And no less than three TVs. However, it didn’t seem to have hot water. Maybe the owner forgot to turn it on.
Parking can be problematic. Unable to unload your luggage in front of the place.

Posizione ottima (vicino a bar , pasticcerie , banche , cartolerie, ecc. ); gestore molto gentile; appartamento spazioso.
Suggerirei l'aria condizionata ( calda/fredda) anche nella camerina con i letti singoli ( si sentiva tanto freddo) e una stufetta per riscaldare il bagno, inoltre in cucina non c'erano asciughini per le mani e per i piatti.
