La ubicación. El acceso muy bien explicado y sin complicaciones, comunicación excelente. El apartamento es enorme y muy completo, aunque no usamos la cocina, contaba con todo lo necesario. Los baños bien y limpios, con 2 secadores. Una de las habitaciones con vestidor. La terraza muy grande, se estaba bien, con dos sillones y una mesa. Toallas y sábanas limpias, aunque en una de las camas había una mancha, que se apreciaba que no se había eliminado del todo al lavar, pero a la persona que hace las camas no debería habérsele pasado por alto. Sólo unos pequeños detalles sin importancia, pero seguro que repetimos si volvemos a visitar Londres.
El colchón de una habitación era blando, pero se dormía bien. Unas manchas en la pared y las cortinas. Una mancha en una sabana que no debería haberse pasado por alto al hacer la cama. En general todo bien, sólo esos pequeños detalles.

Ana was really helpful. Whenever we had didn’t know about anything she replied quick and was happy to help out. The location is also great. Lovely food spots nearby and the undergound is only a 7 minute walk
Overall we didn’t have anything bad to say other than the apartment did get warm but Ana does offer a window ac option which we didn’t choose.

Size of the unit was good. Kitchen was very good. Loved having a washing machine and good rack. The location was easy to get around to all the places we wanted to go.
