I was VERY impressed with this place. It was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The kitchen was well-equipped and easy to use. The living room/bedroom was large with plenty of light and fresh air from the windows. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well every night. The location is perfect. Easy walking distance to Columbia Road, Hoxton, Shoreditch, and Hackney. Bethnal Green Station, Cambridge Heath Station, and plenty of buses are close by. I took ONE bus to the Tate Modern which passed St Pauls etc! Loads of cafes, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and shops nearby. Highly recommended.

Small apartment is in the centre, East of London, clean, in a good state. Depending on which direction you go out, you have either the popular Bangladeshi busy streets full of exotic shops, or the gentrified Columbia road, with the flower market on Sunday.
I guess that the apartment is used by the owner, when not rented, which gives a feeling of a real home with a soul, and not an empty rented place. The host was also very responsive .
The kitchen is totally fully equipped, with a big fridge, oven, cooking plates, and all the utensils needed to cook. Everything is working properly. Double glass window, and good noise insulated, facing an inner courtyard garden, you rarely hear the neighbours. Because it is facing the West, it didn´t felt too hot during the heatwave of above 30°. I personally didn´t have to use the fan. The internet is working perfectly, the TV also. The shower has an option or "rain shower".
The toilet gets clogged very easily by paper, so it is advised to put the paper in a designated bin, a minor inconvenient. But everything works well.

Fantastic location right in the heart of hackney, lovely host and great facilities. Had everything I needed. Really clean and well maintained.
