Affordable, clean, terrific location - and the property itself has a lot of charm. A short 5-10 minute walk to the main drag of Goulburn. Very quiet location, felt safe the entire time.

The blind covering the front door would let light through really easy, meaning you could see in from the outside (there is an office building next door so occasional foot traffic in the day). Not a huge issue but worth noting.
