チェックインするまで管理人に電話をしても出なくて泊まれるのか非常に不安であったがたまたま他のスタッフさんがチェックイン前に電話をしてくださりWEBシステムのせいでチェックインできなく、ドアのパスワードをweb から連絡してこれなかったが、こ
新しい物件で、綺麗で使い勝手は良かった。使用している家具や設備はまあまあ程度のもので高級感はない。　宿泊当日に電話をかけてきてくれたスタッフさんはとても親切で事前の追加犬数を増やすのに手続き上いろんな問題があったが、何回も親切に問題点を指摘するとその都度対応してくれて助かりました。
数日前からbooking.com経由で案内のあった管理人に何回電話しても電話に出ないのが一番問題。またオプションで犬の頭数変更に対するWEB処理に問題がある。

清潔感がありとても快適に過ごせました。 備品や設備も充実していて素晴らしかったです。 とても良い旅になりました。
