Villa Cornelia is a majestic and prestigious home, one of a kind, featuring a private pool and a fenced-in park for the exclusive use of guests staying there.
Located in a typical Roero village just a few kilometers from Alba, with bars, restaurants, pizzerias, and supermarkets within walking distance, it is the ideal choice for groups of friends or multiple families.
Thanks to its spacious interior, the villa can accommodate up to 12 guests in 6 large double bedrooms, all with air conditioning, and features 6 bathrooms—each with a shower and toilet—spread across three floors.

Villa Cornelia is arranged over three levels (first floor, first floor, and second floor), connected internally by a stunning marble staircase.
Our guests will have access to all areas and will find:
- on the first floor, a living room with a spacious dining area, a kitchen with an induction cooktop and a dining table for 12 people, and 2 bathrooms, both with showers. This space is ideal during the summer months, as it offers direct access to the garden with a pool.
On the first floor:
- entrance leading to a spacious living room with a sofa area, dining table, TV, bookshelf, and air conditioning.
- a fully equipped kitchen with an additional dining table and everything needed for cooking (dishes, cutlery, glasses, refrigerator, oven, microwave, espresso machine, American-style coffee maker, kettle, induction cooktop, dishwasher) -
access to an interior terrace.
The large sleeping area, spread over two floors, consists of:
- 1st bedroom: king-size bed (180 cm × 200 cm), en suite bathroom with hydromassage shower, double sink, and two toilets; balcony. A/C
- 2nd bedroom: king-size bed (180 cm × 200 cm), study area with desk. Bathroom with hydromassage shower, A/C
- 3rd bedroom: suite with living area and TV, bedroom with double bed (160 × 200 cm), en suite bathroom with shower and toilet, balcony.
On the second floor:
- Relaxation and reading area with sofas
- 4th bedroom: king-size bed (180 cm × 200 cm)
- 5th bedroom: king-size bed (180 cm × 200 cm)
- 6th bedroom: double bed (160 cm × 200 cm).
Serving the three bedrooms on the second floor is a spacious bathroom with a large bathtub.
- On the first floor, there is a laundry room with a washer/dryer, ironing board, and iron.

Outside, guests can enjoy the large, private, fenced-in park and relax in the exclusive, spacious swimming pool. They’ll also have access to sun loungers and a covered patio with sofas—perfect for sampling our fantastic wines.
