Parties are absolutely forbidden. If you plan to party, this is not the cabin for you. - This is not next to the parkway! It is quiet, relaxing, and you can hear yourself think out here! If you want the noise, traffic, parties, and lights of Pigeon Forge, this will not be a good fit! We love the remote nature of this cabin and the beautiful country drive down the 2-lane road to Sevierville. Other Things to Note: | WE HAVE SOME VERY BASIC RULES FOR THE TOWNHOME | - NO drugs - NO smoking - 3 Vehicle max - Must be 25 years or older to book - Max occupancy is 12 (including children) - Absolutely NO FIRES inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages. - NO PETS (we love them too, but unfortunately they'll have to stay at home. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $200 and you will be asked to leave the premises) - QUEIT HOURS are 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM - CHECK IN is at 4:00 PM - CHECK OUT is at 10:00 AM | THE RED TAPE | - Bears are dangerous - Linens are provided, Sheets, pillowcases, comforters (NOT Blankets) - You will likely see and hear critters. Please keep windows and doors closed at all times. - NO REFUNDS for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control. - We provide a starter set of towels. There will be at least 1 towel per person on the reservation.
