V poor with respect to comfort and functionality of the house - choose some other stay

Location was good - easily reachable from the main train station Apartment size was also good

Functionality and comfort wise this apartment was extremely poor We stayed in Tokyo and in Kyoto as well - this apartment was the costliest in terms of per night charges and the worst in terms of functionality and comfort I have been travelling across the globe (new zealand, multiple countries of europe) and have always used booking.com to book my stay. Have never written any reviews. This accommodation was so bad, that I had to share my experience so that a few may avoid this stay and choose a better one. Basic things were poor: 1. Windows didn't have any blinds - which means that from 5 am itself glare used to come and disturb sleep. This made it impossible for us to sleep till late when the days we needed it as we came back late the earlier night. 2. Windows used to shake in the night (most probably due to vibration from ongoing traffic) and used to make noise full night - again this made getting a sound sleep impossible. Same happened with the room partition also. 3. Even AC was making loud noise when the fan was kept at full speed 4. Fridge door was getting stuck - it wouldn't close properly until you push it specifically. We missed doing it the first night and our stuff that we kept in the fridge got spoiled. 5. There are no chairs in the apartment. We stayed at similar japanese style accommodation in Kyoto and that had more traditional japanese elements than this house. But that house had a small dining table and chairs. Without chairs and a small dining table - it caused a lot of dis-comfort.
