The hotel was far better than experienced at other Mercure Hotels and better generally than 5* hotels we had stayed in Europe. The Grand Hotel in Vienna and Intercontinental Grand in Bordeaux were far more expensive and not as good, The design features in the Hotel and rooms were excellent. I highly recommend this place, it is 1/3 the price of the Excel Hotel in Haneda airport and 5X as good. Very good local restaurants are nearby and there are free transfers to Haneda in the morning

We stayed here for one night before our early flight home the next day. Check-in/check-out process was very easy. The room were very spacious for last minute packing and the beds were very comfy!
Short few minutes walk from train station to get into central Tokyo if you need, and a 7/11 and Lawson just across the road.
The airport shuttle was extremely convenient.
Nothing negative to say as we were only there for less than 24 hours!

The hotel has a shuttle bus to the airport and is stylishly presented with large rooms. The evening restaurant had well presented food.
There are no facilities to get a drink or food between 9.30am and 5.30 pm - very poor for a hotel
