The location and airport shuttle service
The room/bathroom lighting were a bit dim. Ladies need good lighting especially in bathrooms to put on makeup!

Staff was exceptional! I asked what was the best method to do some package shipping and before i knew it they whipped out a box and label! I didn't have to do anything else they took care and within three days it was at my friends house in Fukuoka! BREAKFAST WAS GREAT! Great pillows!
The shuttle i was told wasn't available at 5am but when i got to the Hotel by taxi i saw the schedule and it could have been. Taxi wasn't too expensive but the free shuttle would have been a bonus!Central room lighting could be better, only one control switch near the entry, no dimmer. Bathroom light switch on other side of the doors swinging open direction, inconvenient. Being a building contractor and designer i notice these things as they make the overall living experience that much better.

The free shuttle service between the hotel and Haneda airport, this service was extremely helpful since I was too tired and sick to take a public transportation.

The location close to the airport with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The free shuttle to the airport was great and staff was good
