I liked the closeness to the airport and having a shuttle to get from the airport to the hotel. My connecting flight was cancelled, and It was much more affordable to stay at Toyoko than staying in the airport, while still having great amenities and a nice room. There was also a nice breakfast that was included in the stay, and it had many places within walking distance to visit.

It’s very close to haneda airport and it has an free airport shuttle, so it’s perfect for people that have an early flight or want to rest immediately after arriving in Japan.
The buffet breakfast was great too. There are many choices.
It’s a walking distance to the subway and close to a lot of restaurants and convenient stores.
There’s no pillow and towel for my toddler, but it’s already stated on their description, so I don’t mind it.

Location
A room next to the lift (very noisy), and breakfast was really disappointing compared to the other 2 Tokyo Inns that I stayed in whilst in Japan.
