Excellent place to stay the night before my flight. Cut down on the travel stress. Very helpful staff, lovely clean rooms.

Loved this hotel. Staff kindly accommodated my request for a room in a quiet location - so my stay was very comfortable and quiet. Loved the complementary drinks and snacks and the shops and restaurants downstairs were great. I will definitely stay again. Great to find such a good quality airport hotel.

Walk to terminal without going outside.

The staff was impeccable, environment was good and very convenient from the airport. The rooms were a little small but I think that's inherently a Japanese aspect.

Perfect place for flying in on a late flight and not having to go into the city. My partner was dreading having to change trains to get to our hotel for the first night. I surprised her with a quick 7 min walk thru the terminal to our hotel front desk. Very professional, quiet and courteous. The room we chose was spacious enough, clean and full of amenities. What we didn’t bring and needed, there was a Lawson that was open 24/7. Very convenient.

This is a lovely hotel, with great rooms and excellent amenities. I found the staff super helpful and the service exceptional. It is ideally located for flights from Haneda, being only a few minutes’ walk from the terminal, monorail and bus station. Highly recommended.

Haneda Garden village provides ample shopping and dining options, preferable to the airport itself (and perhaps to the hotel options though there are three and we only tried the SPA restaurant which was mediocre). SPA is interesting if that is what you are into. Metro goes anywhere you want if you have the time. Staff are wonderful and attentive. Easy access to terminal shopping (outside of security-but you won't be able to get to the duty free- high end).

High quality hotel with superior service. Being attached to airport made it extremely convenient. Staff spoke English and were very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

The property was immaculate and although I usually try to work on a lower budget, I felt the extra price for this hotel was well worth it. There were so many amenities and the attention to detail was outstanding.

A nice hotel with great views. Reception (front desk) staff are amazing. Mini fridge stocked with complimentary drinks, they also give complimentary water, coffee, tea and traditional japanese sweets. Great amenities too. Things the hotel could improve on are cleanliness, the cleaners did an ok job, would've expected a little more effort for the price. The complimentary drinks were not restocked the next day, which is a shame as we arrived quite late, everything was closed so drunk the 2 cans of come that were in there. Would have been nice to have the option to have more the next day or day after. Finally the lifts system is a pain. You have to keep going to different parts of the building to catch lifts to get to different things such as the spa or shops/restaurants in the airport. They only do 2 dishes, a pork sandwich and rice cakes after 10pm for room service, which was a shame as I'm sure people will arrive at different times with it being an airport hotel. Other than that we had a happy stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and the convenience of its location to Haneda Airport. The amenities within the room were great. The staff that helped me with checking in and checking out were excellent. Highly recommend staying here for the last few days of any trip to Japan, esp. if your departing flight is out of Haneda Airport. I will definitely make plans to stay here again in the future and hope to receive the same great quality service again.

Villa Fontaine Premiere is an impeccable property. Everything is without a blemish and the rooms offer exquisite conveniences.

After 30 hours of travel, it was wonderful to find a place that you can walk to from the airport and that reminds you of just how well Japanese hotels can be run.

No complaint only time allotted for breakfast is short

The room was fantastic - one of the best I have been in. The spa was also great and relaxing. The spa restaurant serves some delicious noodles as one of the breakfast dishes. I will stay here again.
