It fit my needs. If I was on vacation I may have look for other amenities, but I did not look for them. Just a good place to

I like the location of this hotel! It is a convenient, short walk from Shinagawa station. The rooms are clean and quiet. The breakfast is OK.
I DO NOT like the self check in process. It it time consuming and irritating, especially if you book your room using Booking.com....sometimes your name or email do not match. But these are the times when staffing levels are changing eh?

Location Good, good connections from Shinagawa Station just opposite hotel. The level 9 bar top floor had a great view out over the city, worth a visit. Once, on a clear day, I was able to see Mount Fuji out of my hotel room. Staff friendly and helpful.
I arrived to find the East Tower room very small (13m square) and dark, and quite worn out. I decided I could not stay there and upgraded to a Main Tower room (at a price) - much better. I tried two restaurants in the Main Tower, the Chinese and the Japanese, both were overpriced and the food in the Chinese amongst the worst Chinese meals I have ever had (maybe my fault I should have paid more attention to how few people were eating in the restaurants). There were other Towers and restaurants, maybe these were better, I did not want to take the risk.
