I like the fact that our room had 4 beds. The walking closet was nice to put our suitcases.
It's a bit of walk from the train station.

The property was clean and comfortable and the staff were fantastic. Breakfast was good also.
Unfortunately, we had a member of our party who had limited mobility and was unable to use the shower/bath due to the size and configuration of the bathroom. This meant we were only able to stay one night.

Location was great - short walk from Shinagawa Station, providing easy access to Tokyo attractions. Staff were lovely and spoke reasonable English. Rooms were clean and serviced daily. Nespresso machine with complementary coffee pods in the common area was a nice touch.
Breakfast was expensive for what it was. Building/facilities old but well maintained.
