Room was great. Location was excellent. Beautiful hotel. Breakfast was great.
Issue: lack of coffee early in the morning. Americans are used to having coffee available early, so having a machine or a pot of coffee ready for guests heading out at 5:30 or 6:30 AM would be a great addition. Please consider adding that.
No coffee in the morning. Bad. Not even a jar. Asking for Room service is not practicle.

Beautiful hotel, very clean and welcoming.
We wanted to use the pool and presumed it was in the price but we were informed at the desk that you had to pay extra to use the pool. That was a big disappointing as that’s one of the reasons we picked the hotel!

The location on Odaiba is perfect. It is right across from Aqua City and a short walk to the shore and to the Gundam. There is an elevated train that will take you closer to the Miraikan, to TeamLabPlanets, and to Small World.
The hotel is well air-conditioned and on the hot August days we were there, that was extremely important.
The breakfast buffet is wonderful with freshly made omelets and French toast as well as Japanese noodles,
fish, tsukemono and other delights. We were able to watch the sound/light fountain display from our window.
There are no couches to sit on in the lobby. There are some individuals settees but it's an uncomfortable place to sit and wait for friends or to relax.
There is no convenience store in the hotel to buy toiletries, milk, water or even gifts. You have to walk all the across Aqua City and go down a flight to get to a Lawson's which has the necessities.
