Neat, tidy, every little detail was taken care off.
Attractive pricing.
This is subjective, but each room was on different floors so had to climb a lot of stairs.
But this might be a non-issue for most of the people.

The property was spotless on arrival. Lots of nice little details with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, lollies, washing powder, information folder. Communication with the property owner was fantastic - fast to respond to any questions. The beds were comfy and the rooms were spacious.
Parking - street parking only. One side of the street is timed (the parking inspectors will get you!) with the other side unlimited. Hard at times to get on the unlimited side for parking. I found parking stressful

Location was best- walking distance to city for conference
Property had washing machine and dryer, spacious kitchen and beautiful set-up.
Steep steps and difficult to find parking. The bed on the 2nd floor- mattress was so uncomfortable- seemed like an old one as it was too soft.
