Clean and spacious. The views were great and balcony very spacious. Close proximity to everything. Didn’t use the pools but we have used them before whilst staying in another property and they are lovely.
The balcony is easily accessible from a roof that joins to public walkway above so it would be easy for opportunists to gain access to your property. The patio doors didn’t lock so it was a concern. The extractor fan in bathroom constantly stayed on. It was looked at but still wasn’t fixed. It would be a nice touch if staff left a fresh bottle of water upon arrival.

*The office was below property so not far to go for key , very convenient.

The facilities were a little disappointing.
The kettle was really old and full of limscale, not nice... I would not use it so I asked for another which was as bad as first one.
The floor was not cleaned for a while so very dusty..so I asked for a mop which was provided promptly and cleaned it myself.
There was a bit of a smell around bathroom, probably drain I don't know but I cleaned regularly and it did improve.
The iron board was a mess after what I assumed was a previous guest not respecting the property and burned it.
The property only provides the bare minimum of toiletries so take your own. Normally when I stay in Duquesa I always have had lots provided so didn't take any. But it's ok as the shop is just a 2 minute walk away and is stocked very well...
This one is for the ladies.
The wardrobe is on the other side of property to the bedroom so constantly would be walking from bedroom to get clothes. I decided not to use it . But lived out of my case instead.
Also no mirror in bedroom so I took one from other room and propped up on a unit.
And finally... It's right opposite a bar and everyone can see you walk around getting ready. There are no thin curtains just heavy dark ones which I didn't close as so dark. I like natural light...I unfortunately forgot this several times as I walked around in my smalls. 😜
These are small things but at end of the day. It's a nice apartment with a great view and central location.

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación y el apartamento es pequeño pero muy acogedor
Al llegar no estaba muy limpio sobre todo la terraza y el menaje de la cocina hay que reponer varias cosas, como por ejemplo cuchillos que solo había 1 y no cortaba mucho.

The location was good The apartment was good but cold as it received no sunshine. The apartment wasn’t too clean. Sweets behind the setee and inside. Don’t think it had ever been swept under the bed until I did it myself. The apartment was cleaner when we left than when we arrived wasn’t told of the air condition units going off day and night but we still managed to enjoy our stay
