La gentilezza e la disponibilità del proprietario,la grandezza dell'appartamento,la pulizia,la posizione,il posto moto chiuso con sbarra
Il sistema di climatizzazione, rumoroso e poco efficente e poi ma non è colpa del proprietario che al piano di sopra c'è zero insonorizzazione,si sente tutto,passi che sembrano in casa,compreso un forte rumore quando apriva l'acqua.

Posizione comoda per il centro città.
Aria condizionata portatile: in camera non utilizzabile perché troppo vicino al letto e non spostabile. In soggiorno non collegabile per impianto elettrico non funzionante. Prese di corrente staccate dai muri, non sicure e parzialmente non utilizzabili.
Alternativa all'aria condizionata finestre aperte ma stanza rumorosa perché molto vicino ai binari.
Posto auto interno non garantito, altrimenti parcheggio a pagamento.
