Liaison with the host was excellent, clear instructions and a workaround as we were a little early. He enabled us to leave our cases so we could enjoy the pool while the apartment was prepped.
Perhaps some feather pillows and spare cases so we could bolster the ones on the bed.

Alles war TOP! Haichuan ist ein sehr netter, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, Kontaktaufnahme schon vor der Anreise um die Schlüsselübergabe und das einchecken zu organisieren. Apartment hat alles was man benötigt, Küchenausstattung, 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer, Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool und das Meer. Sehr schön zum Frühstücken und den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Großes Plus ist der reservierte Parkplatz! 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand! (nur über die Straße). Haichuan hat auch 2 klappbare Stühle und Liegen zur Nutzung bereitgestellt, super Service. War am Kiesstrand von großem Vorteil! Würde hier jederzeit wieder buchen!

We had a wonderful stay and can highly recommend this apartment!
The location is perfect – it’s an ideal base for exploring the Côte d’Azur, with both Cannes and Monaco just a short drive away. The pool is a huge bonus, especially in the mornings when you often have it all to yourself.
The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The view is exactly as shown in the photos – absolutely beautiful.
What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was Haichuan. He is an outstanding host, incredibly kind, responsive, and always there to help if you need anything. His hospitality really made the difference.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the sea, which made for relaxing morning and evening strolls. Being slightly outside of Nice let us enjoy the Mediterranean charm without the overwhelming crowds, yet everything is still close by.
The apartment itself is spotless, bright, and very well equipped with everything we needed for cooking. It offers plenty of space, making it both comfortable and practical.
Check-in and check-out were simple, and parking was easy to access. Overall, this is an excellent holiday apartment—comfortable, convenient, and perfectly located.
