Euforia Retreat and Spa

The hotel it's pretty nice. It feels like a well maintained and premium hotel. Breakfast - Good options, decent hours. Beach - Private and right next to the hotel. What I especially liked is that the distance between sun beds it's rather big. Spa - There is a big dry sauna, also a wet sauna. Besides sauna there is a jacuzzi. You can also take massage, which was nice. Pool - The pool is indoor and heated. It's rather small, but it was not an issue when we stayed, as there were not many people around. Outdoor area - There is a terrace on the top which is nice and a lounge area outside, towards the sea. View - Beach/Sea view which was nice. Parking - Plenty of spots, in both outside the gate and inside. Facilities - A/C was there and working, towels were changed daily, bath robe and slippers were already provided since day one. We also received an iron, but upon request.

The only thing that was not so nice, but I guess we were aware, the room was rather small. Probably the deluxe ones are bigger.

We found the restaurant quite overpriced, especially considering the overall quality and value for money.

Everything! Staff is excellent , the place is amazing and food is very tasty!

Good breakfast. Nice facilities. Lovely rooms. Good location with direct beach access. The highlight of my stay was the reflexology treatment.

Overall, the arrival and departure experience was the most disappointing part of our stay. The check-in experience was not great. Upon arrival, I was given only one key, even though I had booked two rooms—one through Booking.com and the other directly through the hotel’s website. The receptionist seemed a little confused during the check-in process, although she was kind and pleasant. One small detail that could improve the first impression is the reception area. The desk is quite high, and because the person behind it is not immediately visible, you don’t quite get that warm, welcoming feeling when you first arrive. It’s a beautiful retreat, so a more open and visible reception setup would make the arrival experience feel even more inviting. The departure experience was horrendous. I brought my luggage down around 9:45am and informed the receptionist that I would go to the beach and return in one hour to collect the rest of my luggage and check out at 11am. Instead, when I returned from the beach, I found all my belongings, including my handbag, laptop, and one dress, placed on my suitcase under the stairs. It was 10:40am. I literally felt like I had been thrown out of my room. As far as I am aware, no one is allowed to touch personal belongings or remove them from the room without the guest’s prior consent. I was shocked. The receptionist mentioned that she thought I had released the room and apologised. Throughout our stay, we did not interact much with the reception staff. They were nice and always greeted us when we passed by. However, we felt they could have been more proactive in recommending the restaurant, sharing the menu, and introducing us to the other facilities available, such as the restaurant and massage treatments. In our experience around the world, the front desk or reservations team often plays an important role in promoting and upselling the hotel’s facilities and services. The bedsheets were not changed during our 3-day stay.
